Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed. To check the status of your order email email@example.com.
Custom Order and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any Custom Order or Final Sale items that are returned without authorization will result in a 30% restocking fee.
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For® which provides a secure and easy method of shipping.
For international orders we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on the situation, weight, destination and rates. Please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it. If you’ve received a damaged item or an incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
We will gladly accept any full price item that is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all tags attached and without alterations. If you did not purchase your products from the CsevenM website, please contact your original place of purchase to return your items.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the order delivery and accompanied by the completed returns form. Please ship all items to the address below:

Please allow 5-7 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our address. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping and handling.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
Exchanges can only be made on the same item purchased. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed, if the item is sold out, store credit will be issued.

When returning your item, we suggest you insure the package, purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records. Please provide the tracking information in a return/exchange request email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All personalised, custom order, sale and gift cards are final sale. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
The same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the CsevenM merchandise for refund or an exchange. Requested refunds over £400 will be given as store credit.
