All prices are in, and processed in british pounds (gbp). We endeavour to have our pricing as accurate and current as we possibly can. The prices for sample stock are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. the prices for commission projects are calculated individually and a quote will be issued before you purchase.

All commissioned/ custom order items purchased are subject to the following terms and conditions. commissioned/ custom order pieces are not eligible for refund, return or exchange unless received damaged or faulty. commissioned/ custom order pieces are prepaid before delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not hear from you within 30 days of commissioned/ custom ordered item completion. 

we ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on this website, However images on this website have been provided for illustrative purposes. we do not guarantee that these images will reproduce in the exact colour nor that any given image will reflect the full design or options involving to that product. csevenm reserves the right to rectify any error or oversight.

We hold the right to accept or reject any order placed through our website. If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days your order is deemed cancelled. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed. shipping

all domestic orders will have Goods & Services Tax included in the advertised price. All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For® which provides a secure and easy method of shipping.

For international orders we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on the situation, weight, destination and rates. International orders may be subject to Customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country’s controls and regulations. These Custom duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold of the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country. These fees are collected at the time of delivery and the customer will be notified by the courier to make the payment prior to receiving goods. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. returns

We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you’ve received a damaged item or an incorrect item please email csevenm@gmail.com immediately. We will gladly accept any full price item that is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all tags attached and without alterations. Exchanges can only be made on the same item purchased. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed, if the item is sold out, store credit will be issued.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the order delivery and accompanied by the completed returns form. When returning your item, we suggest you insure the package, purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records. Please allow 5-7 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our address. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping and handling. We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery. The same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the CsevenM merchandise for refund or an exchange. Requested refunds over £400 will be given as store credit. Commissioned/ Custom Order, Final Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Any Custom Order or Final Sale items that are returned without authorisation will result in a 30% restocking fee.
