All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For® which provides a secure and easy method of shipping.
For international orders we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on the situation, weight, destination and rates. Please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it. If you’ve received a damaged item or an incorrect item please email email@example.com immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
